My Experience

After graduating from Pepperdine, with a Masters in Clinical Psychology emphasizing Marriage and Family Therapy, I began my clinical work at The Southern California Counseling Center. There I worked with a wide range of individuals, families, and children including the group-parenting program. I received certification for my EMDR training and Trauma Resiliency work. I am trained in emotionally focused therapy  (EFT), cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, narrative therapy, and relational therapy. I began private practice in Larchmont Village and now have offices on Beverly Boulevard in the Grove/Mid city area.

Insurance

I am not on any health insurance panels but I do provide you with a monthly billing statement that you can then submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement. Some people refer to these statements as “super bills”. These super bills have the coverage coding. Re-imbursement is determined by your insurance according to the details of your policy. Here are some questions you may want to ask your insurance provider:

  • What out-of-network mental health coverage do I have?
  • What is my out-of-network deductible amount?
  • How are session reimbursements calculated?
